Shipping & Returns
Our products are made-to-order, meaning that we get to work producing your item as soon as you order it. This minimizes our operational costs and allows us to provide you with the highest quality products at the most reasonable prices.
Each order is processed within 1-4 business days, after which it is immediately shipped out. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered to you within:
- USA & Europe: 2-10 business days
- Canada: 5-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
All orders ship from the USA.
Please note that processing and shipping times may vary slightly from the above-mentioned figures with different products, especially during very busy periods such as major gift-giving holidays.
You will receive tracking updates throughout to stay informed about your shipment's progress and to get an estimated arrival date.
Shipping fees depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out, which is typically 1-4 business days after you place the order.
Using this tracking number, or alternatively your order number, you can track your order via our Track Order page.
Tracking updates will also be sent to your email address.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
For USA Domestic orders, we use USPS First Class with tracking.
For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
For Europe, the UK, and the rest of the world, we use Landmark Global, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
Please note that we may occasionally use different carriers in certain cases, depending on the specific logistical circumstances at the time.
Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.
All International domestic mail carriers operate a little differently. Please be aware that some may have reduced tracking facilities.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
Please note that only customers who receive damaged items or items that are not the ones they ordered are eligible for returns or refunds.
You will need to show a receipt or proof of purchase.
